DR. KHOOBEHI: Male patients that come for plastic surgery sometimes have special needs compared to the female. One thing I've noticed a lot of my patients that come from CEOs in the corporations, that they're in the competitive field and they want to keep up with the younger group of colleagues that come into the work force, and they don't want to feel they've been discriminated against because of the way they look, and they try to refresh their look and look as young as possible. Also they're a group of patients that they are in their mid-40s and feel like they cannot get that shape that they were able to do and get it when they were younger. There's some fat deposit around the waist area that is very resistant to exercise, and they need a little bit of help to get through all those fatty pockets.
